@sooziethefoodie: One of the coolest fruits out there in my opinion will always be buddhas hands! This is a type of citrus fruit that tastes and smells like lemons. I’m telling you if someone could replicate the scent it would make the perfect candle. Buddhas hands are super cool because they grow what looks like little fingers and when you slice into it the center resembles a hand. There’s no juice or pulp inside instead it’s made of pith. The most enjoyable part to eat is the zest. It has a strong lemony flavor. I like it dehydrated and mixed into salts/ seasonings and I’ve also made the pith into Buddhas hand candies.
