@alfiegetshard: NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS 👇 ☝️ AVOID PATH OF LEAST RESISTANCE Find pleasure in delayed gratification and choosing the right path not the easy one. This comes both in training and in life as it is where I can push myself to grow the most. ✌️INVEST IN PEOPLE WHO INVEST IN ME Our time is limited, a finite resource, treat it as such. We shouldn’t give time to those who wouldn’t do the same. Be selective with your inner circle, keep them close and treat them with loytalty. Reminder to self: moving against the grain is lonely, don’t get isolated. ☘️ ADOPT A GROWTH MINDSET Challenge myself to be a continous learner in 2024. I’ll achieve this by blocking out parts of my day for learning attributing to monthly challenges and milestones. 🌹 LEARN TO SMELL THE ROSES Note to self; As you charge towards your goals in 2024 remember to look up, enjoy the journey and smell the roses. This isn’t about taking the foot off the pedal, more winding down the window and taking a glimpse in that rear view to see just how far you’ve come. 🏥 PRIORITISE MY HEALTH 2024 is shaping up to be a big year of growth and I know there will be tough times that take a toll on my health. I want to be best prepared for when these times come. Dialling in my recovery, training and mindfulness will be my armour. I’d love to hear your New Years Resolutions! Let’s smash them together.
