@ketorecipes: I’m reflecting back on the past year.   It’s humbling to see the ShredHappens community we’ve grown together.   In addition to sharing my recipes, seeing @kaizenfoodco , the product I’ve poured my heart into for the last 5 years embraced by so many friends and followers worldwide has been nothing short of a privilege.   Each of your messages & comments reminds me that behind every screen is someone with a unique story, navigating their own set of challenges. Be it an eating disorder, weight issues, relationship issues, loneliness, exhaustion, depression, sickness, addiction, or any of life’s hurdles. It’s a powerful reminder that in our shared digital spaces, we are all human, striving, struggling, and seeking to overcome.   And with that, it wouldn’t be right if I didn’t also touch on my challenges, too.   This year was more than just creating; it was about battling the incessant demand to be everywhere at once—to stay present, to engage more meaningfully with you, to create more content, to reply to each message. Between IG, FB, and Tiktok, I’ll be honest… it feels like I’m behind at all times 😅   And for Kaizen… well that requires a dedicated post of its own. I love it, but I’d be lying if I didn’t dream about leaving it to be on some tropical island every other day 😂 But what I’ve learned is to not let setbacks and failures define my broader vision. And to count on my amazing network of friends and mentors to help me move forward.
