I bought a neck pillow 12+ years ago that has a 5 yr warranty. I still use it because I haven't found anything else as comfortable. I think I'll try this one. It was over $40.

My neck is bad like my disc rest on my spinal cord. A slight inflammation causes a migraine. Hubby got this for Xmas. BEST PILLOW EVER. No neck issue
