Oil pulling WORKS!!! In Dec 2022 my receeding gum measurements were mostly 3 and some 4. In Dec 2023 they were mostly 2 and some 3. No 4s anymore. IT WORKS!!

oil pulling is great but def doesn't cure cavities. at least not mine. I been oil pulling since may of 2023 and still have the same cavities
