Daniel fast is a fast… it is a partial fast… this can be implemented by people who suffer from chronic illness who cannot go without fasting. Spirit of discernment is much needed when speaking on God’s word. No one is to be excluded in seeking the kingdom of heaven so they fast and deny themselves of meat and dairy products while seeking the kingdom of heaven, you pray, read the scripture and worship… fasting is about denying the flesh what it feeds on and feeding the holy spirit…. We analyse the scripture differently and God reveals it differently. Daniel fast is a fast. Comparing vegetarians (they can still eat other things that are in line with their diet)and a people willing denying themselves of certain foods for a period of time and seeking God at the same time is totally different( they don’t eat anything else besides veggies and fruits) focus on your fast and not discourage others in the kingdom.

I have low blood pressure and I always feel dizzy especially if I didn't eat anything. I passed out previously and it's a scary thought. Am I safe to go on this fast?
