AD Recipe serves 2-3 Ingredients 3 garlic cloves 1 red onion 1 brown onion 1 lemon Handful of peas 2 carrots 2 chicken breasts Half a Tsp turmeric powder Thumb-sized chunk of fresh ginger 1.5 TBsp Nordmel wild raw honey 2 TBsp chopped fresh parsley 1 chicken stock cube Salt & pepper Method: . Slice the onions and carrots. Crush the garlic. Finely grate (or chop) the ginger. . In a large saucepan, add a glug of olive oil with the onion, garlic, ginger and carrot slices. Fry for 3 mins on low heat, then add a splash of water & the turmeric powder and fry for another 3 mins. . Add 800ml boiling water, the chicken stock cube, lemon cut in half and…. the all-important @nordmelhoney honey. Season with salt & pepper. . Thinly slice the chicken breasts into strips.
