In all honesty if you hit your shots or even better headshots then the Revolver can easily make it A or possibly S tier. It's a Aim Gun not a spray.

I have now used the shotgun for 1 month and gotta say, when used with the wall hack power, you get to picks your fights and be unstopable inside buildings, would put it low A / high B
