@marcreator_: What are South African Townships? A township are settlements that date back to apartheid times when through segregation non whites were not allowed to live directly in the city centre. It’s not recommended to go because its dangerous, however if you have a local person with you, you could go in some. I never heard of it until I visited south africa, I would recommend anyone to do the same with a local guide. #visitsouthafrica #mpumalnga #township #southafrica
