This vid really helped my fiancé who is an avoidant just ended our relationship of over 3 years with our two corgis and a really close and connected family on both sides of our family like I still text her mom everyday and say that we love each other and my mom considered her as her own daughter and our moms were best friends. Anyways my ex fiancé moved away right after we separated which utterly shocked me. The main reason why she said she ended things was because she felt like she didn't have any independence and she didn't know who she was pretty much. I know it varies with everyone I'm sure but do you know a timeline on these stages? Just curious thank you so much!
