This is definitely the correct attachment! IDK why ppl are saying use the whisk. The issue is the marinade in the bowl making it slip around - shake all that off in a bowl & dump it back in after

2 things: let the chicken cool first! you don't have to worry about the steam. and the attachment is fine, I would just recommend going a bit slower
