These two videos are four years apart - 2020 vs 2024. In the left video, I used to get terrible panic attacks to the point where sometimes it would interfere with my work. I’d wake up in the middle of the night struggling to breathe and that would put me straight into the flight or fight mode. There was nothing I could do to alleviate that feeling apart from running out of the house, getting in my car and driving for hours on the motorway. Sometimes, it would be freezing cold but I’d have the windows down to get some “air”. I know whenever I make such comparisons on social media, some imbecile will always comment, “oh it must be the steroids”, or “it must be the excess weight”, but listen here you fool, nothing in my life has changed apart from my diet. Secondly, I had the same symptoms when I was the same body weight I am now. It wasn’t my weight and it wasn’t the steroids, it was my diet. Too many carbohydrates, maltodextrin in my chicken drinks, and the darn whey protein that everybody in the fitness industry thinks is a superfood, even though it’s commercial waste. Hyperinsulinemia was my problem. Panic attacks can be debilitating. If you suffer from them, please know that your diet could be a major contributing factor. You don’t have to take my word for it, there are many of my followers who have sent me testimonials verifying this. Please check my insta story highlights. Go through the testimonials carefully, you may find somebody who has similar symptoms as you.
