@eatpayylove: first meal prep recipe of 2024!🎉 Ingredients: 1lb chicken thighs 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup Dijon mustard 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped 1 tosp olive oil 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp thyme 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 4 servings rice 4 cups broccoli Bake at 425 for 30-35 minutes then broil on high for 2-3 minutes (optional, I do this to get them crispy) #EasyRecipe #healthyrecipe #mealprep
