Easier swing yeah, but I feel Ive lost height which is noticeable to me, distance is shorter too, but minimal.

Which is one reason why people make all their clubs the same length. I have done this to an 8 iron length. Helps. driver included.

i switched to one size irons, best thing i ever did, 5 iron is the same as a gap to hit.
