throw a yolk in your coffee. smoothies. milk. anything. i saw @miakapro drinking jumbo boba and i had to try implementing yolks more. surprisingly i noticed a difference immediately, especially starting my day with raw yolks. the GAPS diet introduce raw yolks into soups at stage 2 i believe, and she says eat as many as you would like. no objections there. easy to digest food like red meat, raw yolks, and bone broth are my go-tos right now. its been a tough journey to reduce bloating but these foods provide me so much gratitude because i know theyre not causing harm or sickness. i feel health radiating through my body! One of the hardest parts about my gut healing journey has been letting go of being influenced by what works for others diet wise. letting myself figure out what foods felt best for my body without contradicting statements like you have to eat breakfast, don’t fast, or fasting is the best…. And eat as many plant foods as you can, eat the rainbow… but do not eat meat.. but this person healed from red meat!!??? it can be extremely overwhelming and i fell into the trap for a while, always following a list of foods im told are good for me, at one point i had practicioners pushing plant foods, then keto… then i asked myself… what actually makes ME thrive? and its animal foods. i see a night and day difference in how i feel when i consume more red meat. and yolks. im constantly learning, and constantly sharing with you guys. i may take back what i say sometimes, and may be wrong other times, but thats apart of being human. 🥩🥩🥩🥩
