@lucys_hillside_house: Home renovations take a lot of time, energy and money but there are things that you can do to help. We have gradually worked on our home, doing one DIY project at a time and saving along the way to fund the larger home improvement projects like our kitchen and bathroom. A big part of doing up a house is working out what to do in the first place, which is where I can help. I share home interior decorating tips and inspiration whilst keeping to a budget but also remembering where is best to invest the bigger spends. The most important thing to remember is to make your house your own and decorate how you like. I share a few tips to make it a bit easier and enjoyable for you! Like how to choose the right paint colour for a room to avoid the frustration when you realise that you’re going to have to repaint - just like I learned nearly 7 years ago now after I painted our dining room the first time.
