would it be possible to brace the shock mounts back to that cross member with some of the same pipe? I'd hate to see those mounts twist upwards and inwards. Just a thought. Looking tidy as tho!

you should have bore the chasse and let the pipe go true so you could have weld it from top and bottom which would have been more strong.

you need to weld doubler plates onto the chassis then the pipes on. you'll find that'll Crack the weld of the chassis
