clancybaby :
It's possible the recycle bin was contaminated. Or perhaps this truck dumps at a location that recycles everything they can through sorting conveyors.

Did you ever think they take it to a recycling facility and dump it and all trash goes trough a sorting line!

Chad Popper :
Recycling containers were probably contaminated. If it's an apartment building, 90% or better chance that it is contaminated.

I don’t think it’s a recycling run!!! It’s an all trash run!!! Most apartment complexes & businesses don’t have a recycle program, but depends on where you at!!!

Mind your own business. I'm a garbageman and 99% of customers mix it all and even put trash in their recycle cans.

when you break it down, recycling is probably worse for the environment. most of the stuff ends up in the garbage anyway. been that way for decades.
