This toastie is layered with homemade pizza sauce, stuffed with cheese and pepperoni slices, topped with MORE cheese and more pepperoni!! 😮💨 Macros 464 calories 28gP / 26gF / 30gC Serves: 1 (double to serve 2!) Shopping list ✍️ - 2 pieces low calorie bread - 40g passsta - 20g tomato purée - 1/2 tsp oregano - Pinch of sweetener or sugar - 30g pepperoni slices - 30g reduced-fat cheddar - 40g reduced-fat mozzarella Method Mix the passata, tomato purée, most of the oregano and pinch of sweetener or sugar together and set aside. Slice the pepperoni apart from 2 whole pieces. Spread over your homemade pizza sauce of the bread, then top with the cheeses. One piece of bread add the small sliced pepperoni, the other side place 2 whole slices of pepperoni on top. Place the whole pepperoni side on top of the other slice of bread. Sprinkle over a pinch of oregano.
