@cartierbutler: Men’s Mental Health Habits To Implememt • Journaling : Last year was my first year journaling. I am a thinker so having an outlet to organize my thoughts and feelings is essential for me to stay composed and focused. Highly suggest all of the fellas to own a journal. No one controls you but you keep that in mind G. • Book Reading : I’ve always set out a resolve to read multiple books during the year . Have yet to accomplish this so i’m implementing something new. Life happens and can throw you off so i’m implementing one book every quarter . Gives me time to read and to effectively read and allow life to happen. Quarter 1 book is “I will teach you to be rich by @ramit ” Financial Freedom is key for me this year using this book to supplement the work i’m already doing. • 90 Alcohol Fast - Starting the year like I did last year 90 days no alcohol. Sets the tone of focus for the year and discipline. Taking it a step forward and doing this for 2 quarters. Q1 & Q2.
