It’s simple, it’s fun, and it's totally mind-blowing! ⭕ MATERIALS: - AA battery - Neodymium magnets - Copper wire - Flower-shaped paper piece - Screw ⭕ INSTRUCTIONS: (1) Fix the flower-shaped paper between two magnets. (2) Place the screw on top. (3) Touch the opposite side of the screw with AA battery. Magnets will hold the construction together. (4) Use the copper wire to connect the top of the battery with neodymium magnets and watch the flower spin mesmerizingly! ⭕ SCIENCE EXPLAINED: This experiment demonstrates the principles of electromagnetism. The electric current from the battery, flowing through the copper coil, creates a magnetic field. This field interacts with the neodymium magnets, causing the screw to rotate.
