@emilyhackettfitness: Things I DON’T do as a womens fitness coach ✋ 1️⃣ Restrict myself from the foods I love Understanding macros and calorie deficits is all important stuff. They are the tools needed to help women monitor their food so they can lose fat and build their dream bodies. But, true success comes from building a HEALTHY relationship with food❤️ Enjoying meals out, reconnecting with loved ones and eating the foods you love GUILT FREE 🙌🏻 2️⃣ Train 7 days a week Some people love spending everyday in the gym, but most don’t. More does not = better results and you can get insane results from training 3-4 days a week. Most importantly, it’s consistency over time that gets results. Quality > Quantity 👏🏻 3️⃣Avoid alcohol Alcohol is a huge part of my social life. I don’t drink A LOT (well not all the time 😉) But I definitely don’t avoid situations with alcohol because I’m scared it will ruin my fitness goals The psychological benefits of having fun and spending time with my friends will always out weigh the negative effects from drinking alcohol Just be sensible 🤷🏼‍♀️ 4️⃣Promote anything I wouldn’t use myself I promote things because they are essential parts of my life. I will always explain how it works and why I use it. And you will NEVER see me with a fitness fad, magical fat loss pill or industry BS Our opinions, core beliefs and things we stand for are all we really have in this world.
