Season the chicken with 1 Goya Chicken Bouillon packet, cumin, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well and let marinate for about 30 minutes. 2. Peel and cube the potatoes. Place them in cold water while you prepare the remaining ingredients. 3. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onion, green bell pepper, and tomato. Sauté until softened and fragrant. 4. Add the chicken and sear for about 5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 5 minutes on the other side. 5.
