Inside there's the straw ofc but I don't have to worry about spilling water and still get the straw drinking experience 😅🫶🏼 I also love the flip handle that doesn't make the bottle too bulky and is perfect for when I carry my bottle to my car ✨️ So if you are like me and think that the regular Stanley cups are too bulky and big I would highly recommend this one.
