@katita_labebecita: I can’t help but be grateful for this journey! I will never EVER get tired of making my little before and after videos. From my highest recorded weight of 223lbs to 142lbs. I still can’t believe this is where I am. I understand my highest weight could be someone’s lowest I understand my lowest could be someone’s highest but this is my journey and I’m so proud of every little milestone. I know we are all excited to make new plans for the new year and although some people may find them cynical I find them empowering. 2024 is going to be OUR YEAR, a year where we finally accomplish the goals we’ve had like a revolving door. This year we will not shy away from celebrating EVERY 👏🏽 VICTORY 👏🏽. This year we will prioritize our mental health!
