@holmescooking: Buffalo chicken bombs Filling Creamy Buffalo Chicken Dip 2lbs shredded cooked chicken 8oz colby jack 8oz gouda or mozzarella 2 8oz blocks cream cheese 3/4 cup Buffalo sauce 1 cup Ranch 1 can evaporated milk Ranch seasoning to taste Chopped green onion to garnish -Smoked Add all ingredients to an oven safe 9x13 pan On Smoke 2 hours or until smooth at 250* stirring halfway, serve hot -Crockpot Add all ingredients to crockpot on low for 3 hours stirring halfway -Oven Same as smoker Cut hole into top of slider buns and stuff with mixture Bake at 350 for 5-10 mins Remove and top with mozzerella placing under broiler for a couple mins to melt cheese.
