I’m getting through my tasks! I do find lists helpful, not that I do justice to them often. However it’s the lead my to my yearly holiday abroad and there are certain things that need to be done. Plants need to be repotted or propagated as upon my return things have normally doubled in size! Today i want to do three things. The first was to share with you an update on my terrarium. It’s growing in beautifully and I have realised that Hoya LOVE high humidity. The orchids have a lot of new growth and after the initial melting of a few of the begonia, they are all coming back strong. In total I have only lost one plant and i had received over 40! Second up was a Cissus update! Please if you haven’t already seen the video take a min to scroll down and find it. My cissus has been reborn! It’s actually an incredibly pretty plant when it has ideal conditions. It will literally take over the greenhouse by the end of this year the ceiling will be cissus discolour. Finally it was time to chop my Gloriosum! I actually bought this as a one leaf cutting that lost its leaf upon arrival a while ago! I’d paid £100 for it and I ended up with a chonk that I threw into the bottom of my fish tank. After about 2 months it grew roots and a new shoot and I potted it up! It’s been two years since and it will be time for a new pot soon but for today i thought we’d just get prepared for what the future holds!
