You do NOT need to smash your low back into the floor to “engage your core.” In fact…over-flattening can make it harder to manage pressure well. Here’s the thing: A huge back arch? ❌ Usually too much rib flare and pressure dumping forward. Smashing your back flat? ❌ Often turns into butt tucking, rib gripping, and shallow bracing. What we actually want? ✅ Neutral-ish spine. A small natural curve in your low back, ribs stacked, breathing 360, and deep core engaging on the exhale. Your core is designed to respond to pressure—not fight against it. Again, flared “rib boobs” during core exercises is indeed super yucky. But smashing your back lowkey sucks too. Especially if you’re dealing with: • Diastasis recti • Pelvic floor symptoms • Prolapse • Core weakness postpartum Save this for your next workout. Your abs (and pelvic floor) will thank you. ✨✨ Comment CORE101 and I’ll teach you all things core and pelvic floor healing. It is life changing stuff that I need every woman to know!! #deepcore #pelvicfloor

#bapakpalingjujur #punyabapakjujur #bpjclip #clipper #fyp
