@yaidymakes: Oh juicy garlic butter shrimp skewers ! 🤤🍤💕 ✨Don’t forget to like and share if you enjoyed this video✨ Ingredients: 2 lb jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined, tail-on 2 tbsp avocado oil (for frying) Garlic Butter: 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes or to taste 2 garlic cloves, finely minced 1 tbsp lemon juice 3 tbsp freshly chopped parsley 1/2 tsp fresh thyme 🥣Instructions: 1- In a bowl, combine softened butter, salt, red pepper flakes, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley, and fresh thyme. Mix well to create the garlic butter. 2- Skewer the jumbo shrimp onto wooden skewers. 3- Heat avocado oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Fry the skewered shrimp in the hot oil for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they start to turn pink and opaque. 4- Reduce the heat to medium, add the garlic butter mixture to the pan, and continue cooking the shrimp, spooning the butter over them, until fully cooked. This should take an additional 2-3 minutes. 5- Once the shrimp are fully cooked, and the garlic butter has infused its flavors, remove the skewers from the pan. 6- Serve the garlic butter shrimp skewers hot, drizzling any remaining butter over the top.
