@garyvee: "One day in" meant I was stunned how we “missed it” and his behavior was unacceptable… I knew right there he wasn’t one of us, we worked on making it better but it wasn’t meant to be … for many of you the inability to admit these misses and the lack of action around them hurts the entire organization .. hiring is guessing … firing is knowing … work hard to help people make the adjustments to be successful in your orgs but please especially for small businesses don’t let your ego around being good at hiring hold you back from admiring your mistakes .. hope this video helps someone make the tough decisions they need to make this January to make #2024 a success …. #newyear
