@_feymous_: 🍝Yogurt pasta recipe: 500g rigatoni 3 cloves garlic 1 tbsp cornstarch/flour Mushrooms 1 mug chicken stock 1/2 mug milk 3 heaped tbsp yogurt parmesan salt, pepper, chilli flakes 1. chop mushrooms and garlic 2. saute mushrooms 3. add garlic 4. add flour 5. (cook pasta) 6. slowly mix in milk and chicken stock and WHISKKK 7. simmer for 2 mins 8. take off the heat and slowly add yogurt whilst whisking 9. return to heat and slowly bring to a simmer whilst mixing 10. simmer for 2 mins and add parmesan 11. season to your liking 12. add cooked pasta and combine 13. let the pasta finish cooking in the sauce for 2 mins 14. voila best weeknight dinner!
