@naureennaila: Recipe for mooli paratha Ingredients: Medium size white radish Coriander 1 tbsp salt 2 tbsp coriander powder 1 tbsp cumin seeds Pinch of rai Dana Pinch of red chilli Pinch of black pepper Pinch black seeds Pinch of anaar dana 1 tsp red chilli flakes Grate 1 medium to large size white radish squeeze the water from it. In your shredded radish add coriander and all the spices mentioned. Take a good amount of the mooli stuffing and place it on one of the rolled dough. Don’t use too much stuffing as in that case the paratha can break while rolling Cover with the other rolled round and join the edges When the tava or griddle is sufficiently hot then fry the paratha on tava using ghee (clarified butter) or oil. When one side of the paratha is ¼ cooked then flip over and spread ghee or oil on this side. Flip again a couple of times for even cooking till the paratha has got brown or black blisters and is crisp from both sides.
