Look it’s beautiful and all. But why do people think they are entitled to deface a property that isn’t theirs?

omg - just helped me realize I don’t HAVE to try to get my deposit back. i could just live in a cool house for the cost of a deposit. honestly freeing

Honestly, if I was a landlord and had a tenant take pride in the house and it was in good condition, they'd be getting the deposit back if they did stuff like this. This is ❤️

Be careful, some places will sue you if they claim the costs of “repairs” surpasses the deposit

definitely don't invest in a rented home. your landlord can put your rent up or evict at any time 😵💫

My parents had a Victorian house that was professionally painted and some renters painted it poorly in the most HORRENDOUS colors. Don’t do this pls

what's even wilder is when we don't do any of this, clean every square inch top to bottom, and STILL don't get the deposit back 🙄so yeah.

When I owned I always let people paint. When it feels like your home you stay longer and care for it. Be happy.

As a landlord you’ve turned a house into a home I wouldn’t have any problem with it. It’s beautiful 🥰
