Biggest thing that has saved me as a SAHM mom, is taking a few hours of me time on my husbands day off. Mom=happy, baby+dad=bonding/ win-win!

It also might help to get a babysitter/nanny so you can do things alone every now and again! I am a nanny and so many of my moms are stay at home moms
