i wanted to do upgrades once, made the mistake of asking. was told if i fix things myself i will be charged fines. so it takes money amd work

My last rental didn’t have a microwave (no biggie it’s common) so I got one. Had viewings while I lived there. Got an email after I moved. LL was upset I took the microwave 1/2

This looks so much like my first apartment that I loved despite its age. I had that same shallow sink with a non-adjustable faucet and I hated it more than anything!
