I captured this video during my 38th week of pregnancy with my third child, aiming to complete all my pregnancy content in for my app. I managed to finish 160 exercises in a day. Surprisingly, I thought I might go into labor that day, but my baby had other plans and arrived two weeks later! 😄 This particular pregnancy saw the least exercise in my final trimester due to excruciating pelvic pains, urging me to take it easy. Every pregnancy journey can vary, and it's crucial to tune in and respond to our bodies accordingly. However, post-birth, I grappled with intense lower back, sciatica, hip, and pelvic pains.  Heavy weightlifting seemed to exacerbate these issues. I made a conscious decision to switch to lighter weights, ensuring I feel the toning effects without straining my body.
