@mybizzykitchen_: It's the first Party Pizza Friday of 2024!! Whoop whoop! If you are new here, I wrote a recipe for skinny pizza dough in December 2017 - cannot believe it's already been six years! Some of you have been making it for years, some of you have said you were going to try it (looking at you @anthonyd 😂) and some of you may have never heard of it. 2 cups self-rising flour 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt 1/2 cup water 1 teaspoon yeast 1 teaspoon salt Mix the flour and yeast together. Mix the water with the salt. Add salt mixture to flour mixture, and stir in the yogurt. I usually make 12 hours in advance, and let it slow rise and use it the second day. It's 1 WW point per ounce. Typically my individual pizzas (like this one) is 5 ounces of dough. If you don't have a food scale, it's approximately 1/4 of the dough. Protein Party Pizza Friday! 5 ounces skinny pizza dough (5 points) 1 (2.6) ounce package @starkistcharlie white chicken (0 points) 1/4 cup @muttipomodorousa pizza sauce (1 point) 1 ounce part skim mozzarella (3 points) 1/2 ounce mini @hormelfoods pepperoni lots of dried oregano 😂 Heat oven to 500 degrees. Add the dough to a bowl. Add in chicken and mix until combined. Place on parchment paper and using a bit of flour, roll out until desired thinness. I like my pizza on the thin side. Add sauce, cheese, pepperoni and dried oregano. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until desired doneness. I baked mine for 9 minutes. This whole pizza is 12 WW points. If you count calories or macros, it's 426 calories, 13.9 fat, 41 carbs, 3.5 fiber and 33 grams of protein. PROMISE YOU WON'T TASTE THE CHICKEN! It just tastes like pizza.
