While the epidural can be scary, it didn’t even hurt as bad as the IV they stuck which barely hurts! Hope that helps!😊

A tip I would give is to understand a c section even if it’s not in the plans. I had an emergency c section and I wish I had known more about it.

start taking stool softeners daily and keep taking them during recovery. it will make a huge difference i promise

Once the contractions get bad you don’t even think about the epidural needle. All you want is the pain to stop.
