![Hello 🌸 🇫🇷 Griwech Algérien inratables🇩🇿 la pâte est trop simple à réaliser, et je te montre 2 façons de les plier 👍😋 Ingrédients : - 1 kg de farine - 1 œuf - 2 sachets de sucre vanille - 1 pincée de sel - 1 sachet de levure chimique - 1 c.à.s de sucre en poudre - 250g de beurre fondu - 3 sachets de colorant alimentaire dilué dans environ 300g d’eau tiède ( j’en ai utilisé 320g) - Sirop de glucose - 1 c.à.c d’eau de fleur d’oranger [facultatif] ♨️ Cuis tes Griwech dans de l’huile bien chaude retire-les avant qu’il soit doré.
