I've used lemon Pledge furniture polish and a soft cloth for years. Use it on the entire bike. Chrome, Paint, and Windshield. It cleans off bugs amazingly as well.

easiest way to clean chrome is to trade the bike in for a blacked out version. then just use soap and water

WD-40 and a microfiber works great, N o need to scrub takes everything off and shines it up real good.

I used double cero stew wool and I have a lot scratches on mine I would not recommend using any steel wool

I would NEVER use steel wool or even magic eraser on my chrome. Soap and water. Wax when dry. Steel wool is abrasive.
