my 1996 12v I have to plug it in at 30° my 1995 7.3 I don't have to plug in till it's at least -15° but it'll still start with minimal issue at -20°

when the scorpion came out, our training told us that they were designed to start at -30F without a block heater

I believe it’s fuse 19 not 100 percent mine did this once and i thought it was running away
