you’re actually not supposed to put ice directly on your skin. put your jade roller in the fridge. does the same thing.

I can't do ice it makes my face so red and irritated. you can get ice burnt! I like my gua sha under some cold water. that's it

tip: ice ur face after washing ur face and not before, since icing ur face makes ur pores smaller, so first u clean them and then shrink them! :)
