I do 4lvls Assassin Rogue, 5lvls Gloomstalker, 3lvls Champion fighter. Stack with items to reduce number for crits. Alert and Sharpshooter feats

I understand this provides multi-target damage but if the objective is most shots, you can get more with 2h crossbows + bloodlust for 4 more shots.
