The reality is that struggling with postpartum depression and anxiety, while juggling 3 children has left me in survival mode - I could set myself lots of goals for this year.. but I usually get a few weeks in and then give up 😅 So, this year, The only goal I have is to get myself out of survival mode, for the sake of my children! I’m not sure how I’m going to do it, but I’ll find a way. I have to!
