we have Mama Thursday and Daddy Friday in our house. we are immunocompromised so mostly we just get food and scroll in car. but it is so helpful!

Yes! I compete in dog sports at least once a month. It's MY TIME. I need it. if I skip a month, mentally it really messes with me.
