Yes. I was judged so much for the 7-7:30 bedtime. But, my kids slept through the night like angels. And we got rest too. Good job!

I feel like with quads you’d definitely have to sleep train! But you shouldn’t have to explain you parenting choices mama you’re a rock star!!

Dang. I wish I knew about sleep training. My baby woke up at least twice a night at 1yrs old to 2.5yrs old. By the time she was 3 she would sleep only 6hrs straight. She was an always an early bird
