I just got my yearly blood work yesterday for my thyroid check but they came back that my A1C level is 12.8%. I go to endocrinology tomorrow but so scared if it’s type 1

my A1C was 9.2 and 6 months later it's 4.8 and off all meds! it's definitely possible through lifestyle changes.

You can reverse it you can only mange it. Because my A1C was 9.7 now it’s 6 but like it’s not cured I still have to watch what I need to eat so it won’t go back up. I can only manage it not reverse it

I was diagnosed with type 2 my a1c was 6.5. A year ago I wasn’t pre diabetic but the last few months fell into a lot of stress and over ate more than I should and now 4 months later I have T2D.
