Recipe below 👇🏼 Ingredients ½ block dark chocolate 3 tbsp coconut sugar ¼ cup coconut milk ¼ cup tahini ⅔ cup almond meal ¼ cup desiccated coconut 1 tbsp cacao powder Extra cacao powder, for dusting Method: 1. Melt your dark chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Be careful not to burn it. 2. Add your coconut sugar to the bowl and whisk together. 3. Add in your coconut milk & tahini and stir again. The mixture will be quite runny. 4. Add the desiccated coconut, 1 tbsp cacao powder and ⅓ cup of your almond meal into the bowl and stir well. If the mixture is too runny, add the other ⅓ cup of almond meal. The mixture will be relatively runny as is. 5. Roll into balls (they will be quite floppy) so don’t worry too much if they sag when rolled as you can reshape after, and pop into a container. Allow to set in the freezer for 1 hour. 6. After the hour, you can reshape the balls if you wish. Roll in some cacao powder and pop into an airtight container.
