I increased my cadence from avg 160spm to 180spm, and the result is amazing. Before, 21km, pace 8, avg HR 165. After, 21km, pace 7, avg HR 150. 🤯

@xpda: Test it on a treadmill. After warmup, proper pace, change cadence (same effort) and see if you edge forward or back on the treadmill.

This is a classic “there’s no average person”. When the military were designing fighter jet cockpits they designed it for the average pilot. Then found it suited absolutely no pilots.
