@whealth_: Honestly, the second exercise is probably more impactful for glute and hamstring gains than the single-leg RDL. I love the balance aspect of the Single Leg RDL. I also love the fact that it can feel better for someone than an RDL with both legs planted. Therefore, if you struggle with balance and want the RDL experience without pain or balance issues, this split stance position will be far superior.
